Terms of Service
The rules for using the Movevia marketplace.
Last updated: 2026-09-11
1. What Movevia is
Movevia is a marketplace connecting customers with independent immigration and relocation professionals. Movevia does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not guarantee visa, residency or citizenship approval.
Movevia is not a law firm, an immigration authority, a government agency or a decision-maker on residency or citizenship applications. Movevia has no government affiliation.
2. The marketplace model
Providers listed on Movevia are independent businesses or professionals. Any contract for a service is concluded directly between the customer and the provider. Movevia is not a party to that contract.
Immigration decisions are made solely by the competent government authorities of the destination country.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate account information.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment or unlawful activity.
4. Customer responsibilities
As a customer you are responsible for providing accurate information and authentic documents, following the instructions of the provider you engage, meeting the application requirements of the relevant authority, paying any applicable government fees, and confirming the final requirements with the authority or a qualified professional.
5. Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their professional qualifications, holding any licence or authorisation required in their jurisdiction, the advice they give, the documents they prepare, the services they perform, and compliance with applicable local law.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Movevia does not guarantee approval, processing time or any government decision, and makes no promise about the result of an application.
A 'Verified' badge means Movevia has completed its stated verification steps for that profile. It is not a guarantee of the quality or outcome of a provider's professional services. Customers should independently verify a provider's credentials.
7. Payments
Online payment is not enabled on Movevia at this time. No payment provider is connected and Movevia does not collect, hold or settle funds. Where a customer pays a provider directly, that arrangement is between them.
If paid services are enabled in the future, additional payment terms will be published before they take effect.
8. Prohibited use
Do not publish false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, scrape the platform, circumvent security or verification, or use Movevia to offer regulated services you are not authorised to provide.
Claims such as 'guaranteed citizenship', 'guaranteed residency' or '100% visa approval' are prohibited on the platform.
9. Intellectual property
The Movevia name, logo, interface and content are protected. Providers keep the rights to the content they upload and grant Movevia a licence to display it on the platform.
10. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Movevia is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice or services of independent providers, or for decisions of government authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Disputes about a service should first be raised with the provider through the booking conversation. Movevia can review the message history and mediate, but cannot decide legal claims.
The governing law and competent courts are those stated in the published legal information of the operating company. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform and the update date above will change.
Legal and data protection requests can be sent through the contact form on the Contact page. Where an administrator has published verified company and legal contact details, they are shown on that page.
