Provider & Marketplace Terms
Obligations for businesses and professionals listing on Movevia.
Last updated: 2026-09-11
1. Registration
Providers register a business profile with accurate legal, contact and service information and keep it up to date. One profile per legal entity.
2. Verification
Verification is carried out and controlled by Movevia administrators. Providers cannot assign themselves a 'Verified' badge or any professional credential badge.
Movevia may request registration documents, licences or identification, and may suspend or withdraw verification at any time.
3. Professional licensing
Immigration, legal and citizenship services are regulated in many countries. Providers must hold every licence, registration or authorisation required where they operate, and must not offer regulated services without it.
4. Provider responsibilities
Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of service information, their qualifications, the advice they give, the documents they prepare, the services they perform, their fees, and compliance with applicable law.
Providers must not state or imply that they represent Movevia, act on Movevia's behalf, or that Movevia endorses a particular outcome.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
Prohibited: false or misleading claims, guarantees of government approval, fake reviews, fraudulent documents, misrepresentation of qualifications, discriminatory content, and soliciting customers for unlawful purposes.
6. Customer communications
Respond to requests promptly and honestly, state prices and scope clearly before work begins, and do not use customer contact details for unrelated marketing.
7. Data protection
Personal data received through Movevia may be used only to deliver the requested service, must be kept secure, and must be handled in line with the Data Processing terms and applicable data protection law, including Turkish KVKK where relevant.
Do not request identity or immigration documents from a customer before they are actually needed for the stage of work in progress.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Each listing must state its own cancellation conditions. Providers are responsible for handling cancellations and refunds of fees they collected directly, in line with those conditions and applicable consumer law.
9. Commission and fees
Online payments and commission collection are not active. No commission is charged while payments are disabled. Any future commission or listing fee will be published in the provider workspace before it applies.
10. Suspension and removal
Movevia may remove listings, suspend accounts or withdraw verification for breach of these terms, repeated complaints, suspected fraud, or a regulatory requirement.
11. Dispute handling
Providers agree to engage in good faith with customer complaints raised through the platform. Movevia may review conversations and case records to mediate, without deciding legal liability.
