Movevia's role, and what a listing or verification badge does not mean.

Last updated: 2026-09-11

1. Our role

Movevia is a marketplace connecting customers with independent immigration and relocation professionals. Movevia does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not guarantee visa, residency or citizenship approval.

Movevia is not a law firm, immigration authority, government agency or decision-maker, and has no government affiliation.

2. Government decisions

Visa, residence permit and citizenship decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities of the relevant country, under their own rules and timescales. Movevia does not guarantee approval, processing time or any outcome.

3. Independent providers

Providers are independent professionals or businesses. They are responsible for their qualifications, licences, advice, documents and services. Customers should verify a provider's credentials before engaging them.

4. What 'Verified' means

A 'Verified' badge means Movevia has completed its stated verification process for that profile, such as checking identity or business registration. It is not a guarantee of the quality, legality or outcome of the provider's professional services, and it is never self-assigned by a provider.

5. Information on the platform

Country pages, service descriptions, checklists, FAQ and blog content are general information that can change without notice. They are not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice. Always confirm current requirements with the competent authority or a qualified professional.

6. Demo content

Some listings and articles are labelled as demo content while the marketplace is being populated. Demo content is illustrative only and is not a real offer or real news.
